April 20th

I have just about 2 months until my surgery date.  I am thrilled to be finally having a chance to start living life again.  Good luck to everyone else in April.

Good luck with everything. Mine is April 21st as well as my daughters. We are taking the plunge together!

Mine is scheduled for the same day can't wait. Little nervous about it. the future will start that day

I went to an OH Group support meeting tonight.  WOW it was great and helped ease some nerves that I was having.  If there is a group that meets close to your location it could be every supportive.  This is the 2nd one I have gone to and know that they have helped me in many ways.  In 8 weeks from tonight I will be a proud owner of a pouch and the beginning of my second chance at a healthy productive life. 

Mine is scheduled for April 20th as well.  Seems so far off, but I know time will pass quickly with all the appointments and classes they are keeping me busy with.  Good luck!

I understand what you mean when you say it seems so far away.  I know that it will go fast and I too have plenty of classes, support groups and doctor appointments that our date will be here before we know it.  Stay in touch it would be nice to have someone from the same day to share with.  Good Luck to you too!
