Topic: April 28 is my date....thougth I would NEVER get a date

I am so excited. I wish I had this surgery done like 5 years ago.....better late than never. Another girl on the OH site said her preacher came up with a slogan at the beginning of the year.....I have decided to adopt it. Here it is: I'm going to lose weight in 08 so I can be fine in 09. Write me if you have the same date so we can keep track of each other and keep each other SANE.....until then.

Well I am on my 3rd day of clear liquids, Chicken broth has been a live saver oh and herbal teas, tomorrow afternoon my life changes forever, but I am so freakin happy about it though! It's a very very good change......... I am scheduled for 1:30 tomorrow afternoon...

Topic: Started my modified liquid diet yesterday

Well I started my diet yesterday and it just made everything seem more real. It seems these days are flying by now and not sure how I feel about that. I am super excited and scared at the same time. You've got to check out this protein shake recipe from Amelia. I got this off her youtube website. She also has an OH website. I've been making this protein shake daily and it is awesome. You'll have to avoid the caffeine part of it for a few weeks until after surgery, but it is delish! Good luck! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SWhdd38TKuo
