My husband went to a support group and they mentioned that there is something called New Whey and it is liquid protein it comes in 24 and 48 grams. It's much easier than a protein shake. His doctor also suggested Crystal Light and Gatorade.
Good luck, let me know how it goes. My husband is having Gastric Sleeve on the 10th so it would be nice to know how this goes for you.

I start my 2 weeks of a liquid diet on Monday and I'm afraid it will be tough. Any suggestions? Do you just drink the protein shakes? Is juice or coffee OK? Suggestions or words of encouragement?
