Topic: Think I hit my first stall....only 2.5 weeks out????
Okay, had surgery on april 29th. At my first post op appt last friday, which was 10 days out, I had lost 18 pounds. But since last week I have not lost anything else. Can I really be in my first stall at only 2 and a half weeks out. This is so sad to me lol. I am actually thinking to myself " What if this is it, what if I don't lose anymore?" I know that is prob not the truth, but I feel that way lol.....has this happened to anyone else? Need some cheering up lol.

Hi Sandy... I had a laproscopic RNY, but I had this same problem with my hysterectomy a few years back. Everything eventually healed

How often are you guys exercising, what are you doing and for how long. I am soo worried to do certain exercises as I don't want a hernia. How long does it take for the internal layers that were stitched take to heal?

Had my RNY on April 21st, and did really well in the hospital. I'm struggling with some nausea and need an anti-nausea patch behind my ear to minimize that. I'm getting a little bored with the food, but every time I try something else out (lunch meat, etc.) I get sick. So I'm sticking to the plan and hoping I'll be OK down the road. I miss fresh vegetables! So far I am down 19 pounds post op...with a total of 58 pounds lost since pre-op. Let's stay in touch!

I had my RNY ON 4/14 and so far am down 19 pounds. I have been losing like 1/2 a pound as well every to every other day. I thought I was losing rather slow as well. Im hoping once I really start excercising this will up the weight loss. I started at 254 and now down to 235.2.

I ordered samples from enjoyhealth.com then price shop the ones you like. I found the Nectar Tea anywhere from $23 to $63 for the same 2 lb tub. Ordered the big one from vitaminlife.com which I found on the amazon website.

I read your profile and saw where you recommend getting sample packs of syntrax nectar protein. you said you did a google search. i have done that and cannot find any single serving or sample packs. do you have an address i could use to order before my surgery?
