I am almost 2 months out and very moody and B____chy, I also am having very sudden and strong feelings of depression that come and go all day, I get home from work and sleep. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, does it go away?

Thanks so much for the info. I will keep trying to increase my protein each day. Yesterday, I found Oikio (or something like that) Yogurt (greek made by smithfield) and it has 120 cal, 0 fat & 14g Protein. After I stopped jumping for joy, I bought one for this mornings breakfast, and YUMMY. Back to the store tomorrow to stock up.

My RNY was on 4/15 as of 6/18 I went from 244 to 210, so I'm down 34 lbs. But I feel FABULOUS! and Everyone can tell. Some things I an not good at are: getting in enough water, as most days I am lucky to drink about 32 oz, and not eating enough protein, which is mainly because I am not eatting a whole lot. I really stick to about 3 oz per meal 3 x per day. I joined the gym have been going 3x per week (lovin it)

I was 242 prop and at 210 today so that only 32 pound down since RNY on 4/16. Down from a size 24 to a 18/16 depending on the fit. Thinking I am not getting enough protein. I havent had any vomiting or foamies.

Hey Lynn,
I had my RNY on the 28th of April and I've lost 44 pounds. Sounds like you're right on track. I think the question you may want to ask yourself is, how do I feel? If you feel well and are getting your vitamins and water, YOU GO GIRL!
Best to you,
Kathy
Topic: RE: Feeling very weak
My wls was on April 28th. Every few days I feel wiped out. I take 30 minute walks every morning and then I feel the need to just sit and relax for a short time. Some days I feel like I'm back to normal. I thought the low energy was probably due to such low carb intake. Also, I really dread taking these awful protein shakes, so yesterday I bought Nestle's Quick sugar free and added 1 tsp to my Designers Chocolate drink. I can't really tell if it makes any difference, but can't give up trying! ( can't have milk yet)

I'm at 52 lbs lost -- and at a much healthier lifestyle! My exercise regime now looks like this: On Monday I walk 5 miles, on Wed -- 3, on Friday -- 3, and on Sat -- 1. On Tue and Thur I work out at the gym. So while I'm excited about the weight loss, I'm PROUD of the exercise

Hi All!! I had surgery on April 7th, 2008 and have lost 59 lbs so far. Just five more lbs to get me under 300!! YAY! I would say a loss of 50 lbs is great since you are about 8 wks out. Good luck!
