OK everyone, it's been 3 months since our surgery. How are you all doing? I'm down 51.5 pounds since surgery, but have a total of 91 pounds lost if you include pre-op diet. I'm down to a size 18/20 from a 28/30. I can cross my legs and am feeling thinner and healthier every day. I hope you are all doing well. Please update when you get a minute.

I had surgeryon April 10th also. I am down 30 lbs since surgery!! And 29 3/4 in.

Congrats! Mine was on the 10th! Including my pre surgery loss I'm down 93 pounds! I started LA Weightloss back last November and lost 55 pounds before and now I'm down another 38 pounds in 3 months. How about you? Take care. -Dawn

I am now at 13 weeks and only at 55lbs gone!!! I know I need to up the exercise. I walk 2 times a day at work for 20 minutes and sometime (but not often) at night for 30 minutes and that the extent of my exercise. That is just terrible. My doctor never told me an ideal weight I should be at for my 3 month appt so I just called the office and left a message...hahahahaha. I want to know what mine says. I guess everyones different depending on their start weight. My 3 months was July 8th but my 3 month post op isnt until July 23rd. So, I got a little time yet!!!!
