Topic: I am finally joining the April surgeries.
I will be having my surgery on April 14th, 2008 at 9:30am. I am so excited as I am the first surgery of the day. I have been waiting on this for a long time and am so ready to get this show on the road. Does anyone else share the same date as I?

My first post as well. Have been a "lurker" on and off since April of last year. And finally, a year later just about I have a date for April 2. Going for lapband...very excited and nervous. Just occured to me last night that its just a little over a month away. Gulp! Well, actually, cross your fingers that insurance approves me first. Then I can start to get nervous I guess.

Hi all...
Well I finally have a date... 4/28/08! Exactly one week from my birthday too. What a way to start out a new year for myself...it's really a new birthday for me! The day that will change my life forever...and for the better! LOL...and since I'll have 2 birthdays in that month...think I can convince everyone that I need presents on both days?

I am scheduled April 1st, 2008.
I have been researching and planning for 18 months. It took 6 months from my orientation until insurance approval. Wheww! I'm glad the waiting is over and looking forward to my new life.
Watch out for all of us at Christmastime!!!! We'll look totally different!!! Yahoooo!!!
