No, I haven't started on shakes. My surgeon did not say anything about it. Now I wonder if I am not doing something I SHOULD be doing. Funny thing... since I got insurance approval and scheduled surgery, I am not hungry so much any more.

Well I waited along time for this and now I have my surgery date April 7th. I am so excited. So does anyone have any advice or words of incouragement, i can't lie I am a scared.

I also I'm scheduled April 15th, but in Palm Springs. Excitied, nervous and anxious for the date to come. I'll look for your postings.

Topic: April 4th, 2008 can't get here fast enough!
Dr. S will do my lap band in 3 weeks, then I will have a week off to recover. I am so ready to start phase 2 of my journey. Phase 1- PreOp has gone pretty good but still trying to find the best tasting protein shakes.

I am scheduled for April 1st with Dr. Luttrell. I'm so excited, and nervous!!!!
