April 2008 RNY's
I had my RNY on April 21st (246 lbs) today is my 8th week (214 lbs) and I have lost 32 lbs! I feel like I am on track, but of course we all want to lose faster.
I wasn't exercising as much as I like to. I bought a Wii Fit and am working out atleast 3 times a week. I try to drink lots of water and eat the right foods. I am one of those people that can tolerate all different kinds of food (except chicken - puke). Need to visit eggface and vary my food and menus.
