FOUR MORE DAYS!!!! AND DAY 10 OF LIQUID DIET

Hi all, I am new to the forums, I am in day 10 of the liquid diet, I seem to be so obsessed these last couple of days with the fact that I am totally miserable with the diet that I have not been able to be to scared yet about the surgery. I guess is a good thing. I know that by Wed. it will probably hit me. I have my preop on Thursday, and the big day will be friday. I better not get sick.....Hope this works out good for us.....sandy

Hello there, Good luck on your upcoming surgery, my date is on the 29th. I can relate real well to your state of mind. I am not so happy with this liquid diet stuff either and I constantly think that I 'm going to be the only one who can't do right after surgery. The surgery itself is driving me wild also. I can't explain but I am terrified and happy at the same time. I guess I need to think more positive, after all, so many of us here went through with it and are doing fine.. so once again, good luck , stay in touch.

Hello , my surgury is Thursday I feel zapped all my energy is gone that liquid diet will take out of you. Hang in there every thing will go gr8!!! Patrick

Thank you so much for your encouragement, that's funny you should mention the energy level, mine has been gone for a couple of days. took all I could to walk around Walmart today, The hospital where I am having my surgery is three hours away, so they have my preop. thursday morning, so will be leaving in the morning and staying till the surgery Friday, Good luck and feel no pain..keep in touch.. sandy
