My Surgery is May 6th

I am so nervous! I have to start the liquid diet on this coming Saturday the 26th.Anyone at all know a good flavor of the advant edge shakes? And where do you find sugar free yogurt? I need all the tips I can get!Thanks

I like the vanilla shakes. i tried the chocolate, strawberry and the mocha and I thought I was going to heave from the taste. I actually called EAS to ask them about the shakes and they are sending me my money back since I can't return an open box. I also found Wal-Mart at least here in NY had them the cheapest. The grocery stores were like $2.00 more. Good Luck and keep me posted!

mine is the 29th and I'll tell you, nervous has turned in to scared. My shakes are from Advocare and I like Berry the best, hate Vanilla, but Chocolate and Vanilla mixed is ok. Saugar free yogurt @ Walmart. Are you able to drink V-8 Vegetable juice or is that a no no??? What about sugar free popsicles? Try some beef, chicken or turkey broth @ least I think they are ok.
