My surgery is April 28th.....

Anyone else have this date? I started my 2 week pre-op diet and met with the surgeon. I really like him. I've been cleaning and getting everything ready around the house so that my husband and kids don't have too much to do while I am recovering. I'm just so excited I can't stand it. I can't believe it is finally happening. If you are having your surgery around that time, let me know. I will be praying for all of those about to have surgery and please pray for me too.

Hi Cyndi, I am having my surgery April 29th,so it looks like we will be having our surgeries back to back.Like u ,I am excited and nervous at the same time.I just found out today when my surgery date is,so not quite prepared.I guess I had better get on the ball.I wish u all the luck and a speedy recovery.Take care!! Hi Cyndi, My surgery is scheduled April 29th @ the Methodist in Houston. So I be right behind you girl. It's true, first I thought it would never happen for me and now I am almost there. I have to say I am a little afraid and I pray to God that everything will be ok. I am not doing so great with the not eating. I need to get it together, I know. Stay in touch, you are in my thoughts.

Cyndi: Well, one year ago, on April 27, I had my RNY. I have lost 157.25 lbs since that time. I have about 100 to go...I am doing quite well. I want to tell you it was painless. I had a great hospital stay. I hope the same for you. Mark

Congrats on your loss. That is spectacular. Thanks so much for the kind words. I am getting a little nervous now. I've been excited, now all of a sudden I'm getting slightly stressed. I know everything will be fine. I'm glad to hear it was painless. I have heard there is not much pain, so Thank God For that one. You need to update your profile with your new pictures.
