Hi, April 1st is my day too! I just learned today and everyone thinks I am kidding. I am so excited too. Have any of you read that before and after surgery book? I just received it yesterday and it seems to have alot of great information. I started taking hair, skin, and nails vitamins too. Hopefully that will help with the hair loss! Best of luck! Liz
