I can so related with weight loss I CANNOT KEEP WARM, I never did the layer thing when I was morbid obese had no reason for it and now i have leg warmers etc I had no fashion sense with layers I am behind the times,

I can so relate to the being cold thing. I have not been able to get warm since I lost the weight, in fact I was remarking to my wife today that I could sweat in a snowstorm, and I often did when I was fat, but now I can not get warm. It went down to around 2 below Friday (and this is in NJ) so I am really miserable. Oh well I do agree that I would rather be cold than fat.

Happy Sunday! It got down to 14 degrees in my neck of the woods this week! I can NOT wear enough clothes to keep me warm these days!
I have finally lost those extra holiday pounds ....Thank Goodness! Now maybe I can focus on goal again. It helps that everyone in my house is on a diet.
Hope everyone has a productive week and stay warm!

Normal people fluctuate with their weight....welcome to normalcy. I'd have to ride 6 horses around the world to lose enough weight to make me happy.
