I gained 1 pound but hey for what I have done the last 2 weeks I am ok with it. I pulled out my exercise equipment and cleaned it up and started using it again so next week I will be successful on the scale!

well yesterday was a stressfull day for me. My dog I have had for over 15 years died so after I got home from work I had to bury him. I ate all day. today is weigh in day at work so we will see how the scale acts. Been going to bbq's lately. Not eating a ton but drinking like a fish. I am so ready to exercise today when I get home me and the kids are going to the big church down the street and I am going to rollerskate while they ride there bikes. I hope we do but it will be over 90 degrees when I get home so I might of bit off more then I can chew. I had coffee today but nothing else so far. I will bring a greek yougart to work and maybe some grapes. going to wait till I weigh in before eating anything. will post later how that goes.

I weghed today unofficially and my scale said 227 but tomorrow I weigh at work and will post what that says. I feel better but this week I have not eaten well. It is so hard when you have hardly any money for groceries and you have to make sure you get things for the kids. So my veggies and yougart had to be passed up. I had a car promblems and had to pay 585.00 to fix so I had about 60 to buy groceries for the week with 4 other people. Which ment cheap and not very healthy, It is hot here so maybe all the cold water and sweat will help with my weight loss. I am dusting off my exercise equipment in the garage and see if I can fix my total trainer so I can work on my legs!
Went looking for a bathing suit which is depressing! I can't find anything I like in my size and it is frusterating. My thighs are still so big and saggy and rub together it is just awful. I have to buy board shorts but to fit my thighs I have to go a size up in the waist so they almost fall off. I am sure they will fall off in the water errrr. lucky I found my suit from last year because it will just have to do. Think anyone would notice duck tape on my thighs to keep them from sagging??
I am really trying to check in every few days so how about some lurkers do the same!

I am doing pretty well. did gain a few lbs staying at 169 but I am feeling great and have more energy then before. I am eating properly and that is the most important thing. I sure miss everyone here on the boards I hope everyone is doing well

I sure hope to see other checking in and telling us where life has taken you. I am looking at having a masectomy in june.. I am recover pretty well from the prophyalactic hysterectomy .
I do feel stronger and stronger and in a good place to face my future
and looking forward to getting this behind me

well today I had a grilled chicken pita with no cheese from jack in the box and an egg roll that was breakfast and lunch. for dinner i had chicken nuggets 3 of them with ketchup and mustard not a great choice. I drank my coffee in the morning and green tea in the am right now though I am drinking blueberry vodka with blueberry juice. we have are days we have our moments. WE fall down and we get the **** back up! WE are human and we will struggle but we will still get back up! I have my weigh in tomorrow and will post how week 2 went!

I had my coffee then I made breakfast for the kids I had 1/2 piece of toast with scamble egg and a sasage link.
Leter on I made a salad with lett, cucumber, red yellow and green peppers with italian spray. I made the kids chili and did have a couple bite of that.
I also drank a cup of green tea with nothing in it.
think I might go look for a swim suit today? maybe

breakfast was a baked chicken sandwich on wheat from quick trip. I ate half at 10 am then the other half at 1 I drank gatorade today I worked at the post office all day.
I had taco bell which was a beef meximelt at 3:30 and I have 2 tacos I will eat throughout the night, back to drinking my water.

I know I need to be here more often then I am sorry everyone for not being here.. I have been so busy getting my life in order.. I never thought going threw surgical menopause would have a positive effect, I have been battling gaining weight staying at 169 to 172 range.. not happy with this. I was in this major depression or fog before surgery. I had no energy no ambition before surgery. I have noticed a change good and bad. I am stiff with the joints and feel stiff in morning. I have a appitite, I have this amazing energy and not sleeping much .. I am more edgy but over all my mental out look is positive. My family says i am more cranky but that layed back mom is gone I am sick of my house being a mess and not picked up. Spend my days just cleaning and reorgaining . Hence why I am not here much. I have so much drive.. I think i have hard time laying around ,, Been less on the computer, I had to get here and say sorry for not being here as much,, i will be better. I will work on being here more
