Ok I am hoping we all can show up as many as u can for a A team reunion right here on April 1st.. I know we are all busy with new life new bodies etc but would love to see new pics new something about u. JUST START WRITING So get started now and lets make this a special celebration of 2 years,
I love April 1 as to me it is the day I decided to never be a fool again about obesity ,
Please send a new pic to crystal email addy, Crystal email addy is on earlier post. I may go cut and post the xpost here.
Hope to see everyone here if not we are gonna assume u have gained all the weight back ,
Prove us wrong.. we know u lurkers are around. And if u did gain it back u need to be here more to get back on track. I am here threw thick and thin of weight loss. Only weight I plan to gain back is when I get my new set of boobies lol
and only those than are on my friends list can see them so there LOL

I had to go back and look at your before pic and Oh my u are one handsome dude now. U have to tell us what weight loss has done for you. So good to see a guy every now and then post. LOL
I am sure people get tired of me posting lol So nice to see new blood in here mixing with us old die hards. Shar is gonna be so excited to know u showed up on here, I am I mean don't get me wrong I love the A team we are buddies in this and have bonded pretty well. But we miss everyone that first came together as u r part of us, I am hoping if u have kept in contact with anyone in here to urge them to come back for a reunion.

Haven't done this in forever - but got the bug when I saw an update from OH in the email. Now living in warmer climate of VA. I've stabilized around 205-210 after spending a few months at 190-ish last year. Have fought some bad habits, but can get back on track easily with a little prodding from the scale. Overall still down 130#, and blood work came in great at my PCP this past month. Still the best thing I ever did, can't imagine what I'd be feeling like if I was still 340#!
Perhaps I'll post more frequently than 1x per year..... LOL

So hard to beleive it will be 2 years for all of us on boards and how far we really have come. i never thought i would be 162 . I hope to be 150 something for my 2 year anniversary. I would love to hear from everyone who joined us in begining and for what ever reason have stayed away, We all are sucess even if we gained a few lbs or loss alittle to much. We fought obesity and we are taking control of our lives again. we choose life over food. I hope we all keep comming back here becasue this is where we started, You have done a amazing job. KEEP up the awesome work. I will be here for 3rd year anniversary who plans to be here for our third?
