Topic: It's 4 am where is your scale?
Seems alot of people are kinda stuck with the last 40 lbs from goal syndrome where I am at aswell But I am also stuck at the 201 lbs right now was 200.8 and up 201 @4 am if I drink one more water bottle onderland seems unachieveable and truely is a wonder if i will ever see 199 .. and match my drivers licence LOL but once I get to Goal u bet I am not gonna put 199 on there. Seems my licence will expire year 2011 and I sure hope I am way past 199 before it expires. I did not think they put my goal date of 2011 to be 199 LOL
I am so close yet so far this is just crazy I know many of you have been here and just go nuts tell you u get there Poor Shar and Inky I bet their arms are getting tired dusting off the onderland bench.I am trying!!!!!!

Allie we are here for you and I really don't see people here not being stand offish to anyone we are all in this together.. Besides u are a vitial member of the board and it is not your fault your RNY went bad.. We all know the risks of the surgery and not everyone is lucky to cone out w/o complications. I am battling a few things my self and they are not all related to WLS. but I know I have best possible outcome with my treatments now that I am healthy. I am staying strong and comming here helps me and I figure if they are tired of my posts or tired of my ugly mug they can always X me out LOL would not be the first time.I am sure LOL

Susan I know how this is I have not move much on weight loss for months since like Feb and finally after 4 mos I am dropping weight. I had gotten up to 214 in fact and I really thought this was it. My band had failed me .. My body does not want to be thin I was very good what I ate then I went to dietician and had her tweek my meal plan. Not much was off but she said my body just simply got use to so little food and my metabolism adjusted depsite exercise. I started to eight small meals a day we r talking no more 150 a time meals increase the protein to 100 grams we are doing this slowly. the scale is moving
I did not change how much i was eating i was merley eating smaller meal more frequently this am I am 200.8 Hang in there ok?

As I write this you are probably already in surgery, in recovery, or at least in the holding pen at the hospital waiting, starving, wondering when in the heck are they coming to get me and thinking come on, let's get this over with! Either way, I am praying for you.
You are looking awesome. When you recover, you'll be looking awesome and feeling much better!

Ok I admit to being a total slacker. I just kind of got the feeling that no one really wanted to hear anymore about the "RNY gone bad" stories and the millions of hospital posts so I quit posting.
