Well it has been a bad week up to 200.4 ugh .. seems i will be playing this game tell aunt flow arrives and leaves town..
Wow two men????? HMMMMMMMM ONE IS NOT ENOUGH I am sure LOL.. enjoy them both.
Sometimes blessing come in two's but not be over 200 again ack.. !!!! Minor set back but it will drop sometime. I did eat more to get my self out of starvation mode but I could not keep to 800 and be happy. I actually ate 2000 k yesterday and oh man I was so sick but the dietician said i need to increase it BUT i AM SURE NOT ALL AT ONCE lol and take the temp weight gain and I will see the drop again I hope she is right LOL
I see the surgeon on tuesday to see what he can do with my lame shoulder really ticking me off now as it has not gotten any better and the thought of having surgery again really sucks but i am not gonna live life in pain and not able to lift my arm over my shoulder and not able to swim.
Sorry to hear about your dog. I had a cat for 17 years and I had to make a decison to put him down on xmas eve. The vet was so nice he said Sugar Bear was the first pet he saw when he started to practice as a vet and he said it is a loss for him aswell . He put a huge donation to the morris foundation in behalf to Sugar Bear,, Sugar Bear carries that honor forever as Dr Whitmore first pet he saw.

Good morning. I hope everyones's 4th weekend is going well. I have had a realy nice wekend.......even met 2 men that I plan to date. The sad part of my weekend is that my dog, Bridget, has been diasgnosed with an illness that may sorten her life and the quality of it. I hope I don't have to make any decisions soon on her life expectancy. Weight wise, it was an OK week, I actually lost half a pound.

You look GREAT! WOW, what a difference a year makes! We have soooooo much to be grateful for! I played around with barrell racing when I was a kid. It was one of my fondest memories of being a kid! Thanks for sharing!

Welcome to the A team!!! Everyone here is so supportive ,, Most are a RNY here but few of us are Lap banders but u r unigue u had both .. I am a very slow loser but at least I am losing LOL I am married to a RNY and he is almost 2 years out. He has not lost any more weight after 9 mos post surgery and infact he is gaining some weight back and he has yet to conquer his demends. He can drink regular soda and does not have sugar dumping and his diabetes has come back even tho he has BMI OF 25. He does not eat very much and what he does it is the wrong Food. He cannot eat meat much and seems the soft high carb food is what he eats as eating protien makes him sick. I have a very tight restriction I have 4.1 cc fill in 4 cc band You are doing awesome on your weight loss..ty u inspired me that lap band does a great job in losing..
I have no hunger with my lap band and work on keeping out of starvation mode post surgery my meals are still 2 -3 oz and I try to consume 1000 calories a day.
well anyway i got off track LOL

I am off the spend the next 3 days at another race. Hope everyone has fun doing what they want this 4th of July. Just think how different are lives were a year ago!!

You're going to enjoy that flight, believe me. I used to think that airlines seated fat people together on purpose, because I seemed to always wind up next to another fat person, and we were both miserable the whole way. Not any more!!!! Won't matter if your seat mate is fat, because you aren't any more.
This is a life's pleasure that people who've never been fat will never understand - sitting in an airplane seat with room to spare and easily buckling the seat belt.
