I am very proud of you!! Some women would not have done what you did and I applude you! YOu do what ever you have to do to keep your babies safe. Please take care of yourself. If you can't eat get some protien drinks in because your kids need you healthy more than ever!!! we are here keep your chin up.

Rhonda we always love to hear from those who do not post very often u give us new blood and new insight and perspective that us old timers need.. I am sure some people get tired of seeing my name good to see some renewed blood .. We all matter..

Crystal I owe u alot of my sucessful weight loss to you ,, U have been here for me even when I GAVE UP ON MY SELF !!! U made me beleive in myself.. I never thought I would never see being under 200 but you did..

So good to see all of your smiling faces and weigh ins are so important even when u r not losing just keep the weight in check because u know how weight keeps creeping up lb my lb . I am not losing right now but then again I lose weight all at once then nothing for months, Like Today I am a few lbs up what the heck? I know how easy it can just say skip the weight in if I am not losing . I can justify the no need but then soon I will be gaining. Sundays weigh in are our tracker for how long we been on a stall etc Like a journel, We all need to know the last few lbs are the hardest to lose AND KEEPING GOAL IS even harder
