Still hanging in there A Team. I think my body has finally gotten reset to 159-160. It teeters back and forth. Body is still changing. A lot of people think I have lost more weight. I haven't but I noticed that the skin on my stomach has gotten looser.
Not too much exercise this week. It has been smoky and hot. Lets hope they can get these fires out soon....
NO change, 123lbs down...

Good Morning Everyone,
Well I am sorry to say that I am up a couple of pounds this week. I have been on vacation the last 2 weeks and have been eating alot more carbs then usual. And probably not as active. Tomorrow I head back to work and to get back on track.

Good Mornin' Shar & A-Team!
I posted a few min ago and guess I clicked the wrong button and it did not show up!
We are having a work day here at the farm! Up and on the roof at 6am trimming trees! Then it was down in the yard. I came in for breakfast and thought I would check in and post for the week! It is going to be 100degrees here again today so we started early this morning. I will not have to worry about getting my exercise in today!

I have been teetering back and forth from 178 to 183 for about 3 weeks now. I think my body is trying to loose but it is struggling! I have upped my calories to 1200 - 1400 most days and my protein to 80 a day. My liquid is at over 100oz a day now. I gotta get over this bump in the road!
How is everyone spending your weekend? Remember to drink, drink, drink!
Huggs,
Rhonda

Hey Lisa,
I am a regular as far as weighing in....lately tha is all I have had time to do. I don't post much on this board but I always read and keep up with everyone! Thanks to each one of you that has helped to keep me motivated and on the right track over the last 15 months. I started at 289 and now I am at 178-180. I am not finished loosing just slowed down momentarily. I was in a 22 b/fore WLS and now I cna wear mostly 12 some 10's BUT I wish to be in single digits!!!!! I have went from a 40DD to a 36D, and shirts are from 2xl to a large. I would love to be in a med.....I just want to be medium for a change!!! My shoes size has even slimmed down from an 8 to a 6/12, go figure! I am planning on walking in the Walk for Obesity this year and I am an active member for Race for the Cure.
I am so thankful for the A-team, you guys keep me accountable each week!
If your lurkin'......Jump on in and join us!
Huggs to each of you!

Good morning everyone. I hope we are all enjoying the beautiful summer weather. Has anyone heard from Lisa? I am so worried about her. I just wishwe were all closer so she could get a big hug from all of us.
Weightwise...I am holding steady, and for the time being, I will accept that. I know if I'd get off my tush and exercise more, I'd lose,,,,but I'm just so damn lazy.

So, what about your hormone levels and sleeping? I mentioned those also. The sleep thing can be sneaky because you are asleep and not aware. It is a VERY common side effect of WLS to have these problems. The rapid change in weight will change your circadium rythyms. (I hope I spelled that right).
The only medications I am one now is estratest hormones and Lunesta for sleeping. I did not have to take these before surgery.
Stay on it and do not just give up.

A B-complex is not the same as B-12. I took B-12 sublingual alone for the first year. Then, I started to get tired and rundown. There is a new product available at most drug stores that is a liquid sublingual B-complex which also has 1000mcg of B-12. It is the perfect solution for me.
Just try looking for it. If you cannot find it at home, they have it at www.drugstore.com

I would add b complex it is not the same as b12 and make sure you are doing b12 sub lingual or injection for the proper absorption shar was not getting enough b complex and she got that dropped foot nerve damage I am sure she will chime in about it I could be off somewhat. good luck to you

The problem is, I get more than enough protein in, I take all my vitamins, and my B-12 is actually a little high. I am very strickt about my eating and drinking also. I always wait that half hour. My GP seems to be perplexed as to why I am so tired and hungry. I guess for now it will stay a mystery.
