How exciting. It is fun to be able to go, enjoy yourself and show off a bit. It sure is different riding on planes now. I do not mind as much since I do not feel all squished in.

Topic: back from Vacation
Well, I got back from my trip this morning. The airplane ride was amazing!! I fit in the chair with room enough for two in the seat belt. The trip was amazing. My niece was a beautiful bride.
I posted some new pics of the trip.
Another good thing, we ate and ate and ate all weekend and I was a good girl 
I came home weighing the same as when I left 129.5lbs.
I love this new tool we've been given. I saw my family in florida for the first time in 3 years and they were amazed at the difference. Now my other niece is going to a lapband seminar tomorrow because she was so inspired.

I am SO glad to hear this good news! Now we have to pray that the stroke did minimal damage and that she can recover from that. Thank you for checking into this.

Lisa's daughter is out of surgery and she is doing well!!!! They got the blood clot, fixed the hole in her heart and she's now on her way to a great recovery. Lisa is doing well, sounds good, but tired. get this....while I was talking to her, they had an earthquake!!

Hey you! I know it's been awhile since I've been on the board, and gosh I am sooo sorry you are having to go through this! I'm with everyone else when they say to stay strong. My stepdad used everything he could reach to spank us with when I was younger. I vowed never to touch my kids in anger because of this. The sad thing is that my sister didn't get it and continue to hits her kids. I think that your leaving him is a good thing because it shows your kids that it isn't right under ANY cir****tances.

You may want to have the doctor check your thyroid. After I had my first son, I was feeling very tired all of the time. I had some bloodwork done and found that my thyroid is underactive. I have to take medication every day to balance it out.

He wants you to believe that he can control you, but as you have shown him he can not. If you are interested you can see about Outreach services free of charge... support groups and free weekly counseling sessions for domestic violence victims.
DV is not only -- physical or sexual abuse but also emotional and verbal. If you want any info please let me know.
--Empowerment advocacy believes that battering is NOT something that happens to a person because of (her) characteristics, family background, pyschological profile, family of origin, dysfunction, or because of an unconscious search for a certain "type" of relationship. Battering can happen to anyone who has the misfortune to become involved with a person who wants POWER and CONTROL enough to be violent to get it.
I don't know what you have been through but I can tell you that there is another way to live. YOu derserve every piece of happiness!
