I think we can say stress not sucess Shar. LOL I AM 191.6 this am and still cannot beleive I am safely under 200 zone. I am eating just stressed out and losing hair ack!!! 104 nasty ugly lbs gone for good Sharra I am so sorry to hear about your mom and her stroke Oh man I do feel your pain and the stress. I will send u my number privately if u like to talk to someone dealing with a stroked loved one in real time. So scarry to see them like this. Daughter update: she is still in rehab hosptial and still is not stable enough to transfer her out to a place called center for nuero skills to help her adjust and help with what she has lost . She is talking more clearly and is moving her leg and is moving her shoulder alittle. She can tranfer to toilet with moving her affected leg now but needs someone there and they got her to walk 70 feet with a walker and of course with a therapist dragging her foot but she is better than 2 weeks ago where we had no movements on the rt side. Even her smile is better and is in alot less pain in her chest. As far as open heart surgery recovery she is doing awesome. She is still not the same daughter we are use 2 but we do see some of her old self comming back time will tell on how much of a recovery she will have. I just need to be patient and remind my self she is young Lisa

Its been another rough week. My Mom had a stroke and I have been back and forth to the hospital. Good news-she is doing a lot better. I have packed a small ice chest to take with me each day. I tried the cafeteria for a snack one day. What a bunch of crap food. I thought since it was a hospital they would have healthier choices. WRONG! So, I take my own. Just another post wls tip. Back down to 159. Probably from the stress. It's okay, I'm still stable and pretty much maintaining.

I have basically stopped loosing weight and did like 8 months out, i have lost about 100 pounds but still about 40 pounds over weight, im bouncing around between 172-178! anyone else having the same prob? Anyone heard of have the revision to have your pouch smaller again?
