Hi my A Team family!!
I am doing awesome surprising I feel great I can walk around and move. I get hot flashes if try to do too much so I sit. I can see my hoo ha. I haven't been able to see it without pulling up the hangging skin in so long! I will write more and add pictures next week! I can't wait till my one week checkup!!!!

Crystal I am soooooooooooo proud of you and how far u have come.. So will u still be working at the weight loss clinic? Hmmmmmmmm mystrey man hmmmmmmmmmmm well u can be real picky this time around and not just settle as u r now one hot momma and have the body to show it doesn't it feel good to be 184 ? We are twins I am 184 now lol I never saw my self below 200 yet alone in the 180's
Crystal I have always enjoyed talking to you and u have been here when I was ready to toss in the towel. I am not done losing yet but I am so glad u have been part of my weight loss journey I will walk to goal with many of our A team members cheering me on .. Just really now sure what goal will really be, I will decide once I have my tummy tuck what my true goal will be. I am thinking 160 is a good goal weight for me but I like I said I will decide after my tummy tuck

Hi, everybody. I am leaving this evening for Chicago - taking the train up to save a little money. The Chicago Marathon is Sunday, and I think I'm ready for it. Anyway, if you would, I'd appreciate a few prayers/good vibes coming my way Sunday morning at 8 central time. I'm dedicating this to all of the A-Team.

That's wonderful news!!!! I'm so glad everything went well and she'll be home tomorrow! Thanks for giving us an update Shar. Can't wait to hear from Dee and hopefully see some after pics!
Topic: How I have been
Well as many of you know I am going through some major changes and I am doing great. Work has asked me to transfer to a different clinic with a pay increase and the kids are doing great with all the new changes. I am feeling free from all of other people's stress and troubles, I am only here to be happy and I am loving ever moment of it, I keep saying I will raise the kids by my self but I have had many dreams about a mystery man. I think I don't meet him for 5 more years. I have been through enough that I will be happy to be alone with just the kids. As for my weight I am at 184 and have been for months. I am happy with that alone and I am happy with how my body has finally let me stabilize at this weight. I am as skinny as I was 17 years ago. so life is great. I will get some pics soon. I am working on something involving my patients and I will share with you all when I am done. Take care and talk to you all later.....
