Topic: what ya eating?
SO I am going to make this the longest reply post by a person ever lol each day as I come on the computer I will list what I ate so far for the day.
today May 13th at 3:30 pm
breakfast I had coffee with 2 tsp of creamer and 2 tsp of sugar (big coffee cup from Yellowstone)
I then had about an hour later 3 pieces of ham (serving size) 60 cal
When I got to work at 9 I had some Greek yogurt honey and vanilla yummy
At 11:30 at work I had some more Greek yogurt and grapes (red)
at 2:45 when I got home I made a salad with green red and yellow peppers cucumbers and a sprinkle of pram cheese 3 pieces of ham and I used wish bone italian spritzer I probably used 20 spays which equals 20 calories. yummy.
Not sure what is for dinner yet thinking more salad and a snack will be pretzels.
except for my morning coffee I drink jus****er so far a litter bottle of dasani.
Wow didn't seem like alot but when I type it is a lot. I am just glad they are yummy healthy options that make me feel better and way less smelly gas.

Topic: 3 years reflection
Hello my name is Dee lol
I am 33 years old and yesterday I found my first white hair!! I almost fell on the floor.
I struggle everyday with my weight, but I am still healthy and happy! I am doing the biggest loser at work this was week one and I lost 2.9 pounds.
I bought a new pair of roller skates and I love them. I can skate with my kids for over an hour and feel great!
I can walk around the whole park (1 1/4 mile) and not be out of breath. (but I get itchy really bad when I do to where I want to rip my legs off)
I took my kids to Florida in December and rode every roller coaster and fit! (I still tried the chairs and the front of the line to be sure, but I know I will do that every time for life lol)
My stomach is big again and I know that is from the lack of exercise I have been doing,but this summer is going to change. I have the biggest loser the whole summer and kids who need exercise and fun. I plan on swimming and skating and walking.
I got the insanity videos and buyer beware! If you are not fit you will not be able to do them! OMG the hardest DVDs out there! I was worn out just on the warm up.
While I am 35 pound away from my personal goal I am and never will be that 367 sad women I was.
I am going to post every week on what I have done, how my eating is doing and how the contest is going!
My goal is to win the biggest loser so I can use the money to go to my 3 year check up! I miss my doctor! I miss Chicago. I wish I could afford to move home! Maybe just maybe I can lose the weight and see if my Dr needs a med assistant. I could show everyone nit is OK to struggle you just have to get back up and remember why you did this! WE ARE WORTH IT

Hey Shar! Just getting around to checking in...had the Grandbaby this week! We have a festival every year to raise $$ for the 3 colleges here in town. My Grandbaby won 1st place in the "Baby Crawl" contest! He got a trophy & ribbon! Babies are so sweet! As far as me, well I am still trying to focus on me...trying to get back to taking my vitimins everyday! I just can't seem to get back into a routine! I think I need to try some shakes again. I saw where you have one every morning! Think I will try that. I have so many in my pantry, i need to try to find one I like. Dr. put me on cholesterol meds several months ago. Been having leg cramps, tiredness and weight gain. Finally got off them this week and am already feeling better. Now, to try and get these extra pounds off!
I hope everyone is enjoying this weather!

Good morning . OK,,,so it is May, and we have all passed the 3 year anniversary of our surgeries. We have lost some, but not all. A lot are lurking and refuse to say hello.but some of us are still here, and will be forever!
So, I was thinking............we're going through hard times. But , we've also come a very long way. there are still some things that I do for myself, as I did since the day I had surgery. And that's a good thing, I need to remind myself of the positives , so I suggest we all do that.
Here is my list of good, positive behavior that I have continued to do for the past 3 years:
1) I drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
2) I take all of my vitamins and supplements daily
3) I weigh myself daily (this is a positive behavior for me, but maybe not for some)
4) I never drink with my meals, and I wait 30-60 minutes after a meal, then I drink
5) I have a protein shake every morning
6) I never drink carbonated drinks
7) I count my daily intake of protein grams
8) I get my bloodwork done every 6 months
9) I try to exercise as much as possible, for me
10) I occassionally still go to support group meetings

So, that is my list. There may be more. Now, don't get me wrong...I could probably make a list of negative behaviors.....but why?? Let's think positively, and work from that prospective.

Good to see Shar and Rhonda Post. Oh yes the good old days of seeing the scale go down down down .. Now I just pray it does not go up LOL
I been so busy with my new direction in life. Seems after weight loss I just hit a wall hit major depression and well my house was becoming a mess i mean messy. I thought having the prophylatic comlete hysterectomy would be like a death sentence.. Let me tell you I am like 20 something with all this extra energy. I am buzzing around my house cleaning and organizing. I been this way for 3 weeks and i am just loving it. I wa****ting such a low and a depression I could not even see it. Not sure why or what has me lifted from this fog maybe I was so off hormonally that going into surgical menopause was more stable then i was before it who knows. I was waiting for all this energy people get from losing weight but it never came tell now.
I feel so amazing and soooooooooooo GOOD!!! My Kids run like coach roaches DO  when the light turns on.LOL, Nothing more anoying to your teen kids is a fully engaged clean mommy that is making life miseriable and making them clean lol  AT 5 am I am up ready to clean clean .. Maybe I went insane and did not get the memo.. My teen son was telling me maybe he has adhd and I said no it is called lazy
I mean i went threw organizing my kitchen bedroom.

I am love it when kids tell me i need hormones.. I am just love it .. It is war  here lol

I am here but I did NOT weigh. My love for the sacle has fell to the way side! I forget to weigh! I am doing really well and feel pretty good! I went for a consult for the cholonospy....I don't think I can drink the 32oz in 60 min. If I did I prolly could not hold it down. I am going to talk to my surgeon Tuesday when I go for my 3 year check up. Have and of you had a cholonospy since RNY or LAP Band? I hope all is well with everyone! Gonna get outside and get me some exercise this week!!
Anyone lurking? Let us know how you're doing!

Do you remember the days when you couldn't wait to stand on the scale and get weighed to see how much weight you lost? Then,,,,you'd come online and tell everyone about your progress. And everyone waws so happy for each other.
Well. some things have changed in the last 3 years.......but.....you can still come online and tell everyone how you are. You don't need to announce your weight, just tell us that you are alive and well!

I am here Shar LOL alittle late lol I been soooooooooooooooooooooo soooooo busy my head is spinning LOL But busy in a good way . I feel I am in a good place and doing very well. I am feeling sooooooooooo Good.. I seem to be holding at 169 and seems that is where my body likes to be.. I was  so worried having a surgical menopause going on and all the mood swings weight gain  etc  was gonna be harsh and i seem to only notice alittle anxiety and my blood pressure is creeping up ugh,, I am gonna see the doc on that friday to see if lack of estrogen  causes blo. I have this burst of energy has come back full force and I love it, I been busy organizing my house and just getting rid of the clutter threw the house.. I love where i am at it  feels good . I had visions menopause would be awful hot flashes etc and it is the total opposite. I feel liberated and feel so amazing.. I have no idea where all this excess energy is comming but i feel like  a depression has lifted..
Rhonda so good to see u chime in.I know it seems 50 they just order the works but the way I feel the last few weeks i cannot remember feeling this goodin my 40;s ever. 
I think they have 50 all wrong.. it is  like a renewed vitality..
If I was 300 lbs no doubt would not be a good outcome but man I feel good so bring on  the 50's and menopause . I am gonna make 50 and menopause look good.. lol
