April makes me think....
Just had my 4 year appointment. Wow, where has the time gone? Have not been around for a long time, life gets busy and I no longer think of myself as an obese person so I just didnt think anymore.
The accountibility has been lacking and now my weight has gone up a bit more. It is time to start thinking like I did just before and after sugery. That mindset was successful and being able to share with all of you made such a huge difference in how my journey went. I could ask and answer ANYTHING and know that you would understand.
I hope this April finds the rest of the A team having fabulous life-we deserve it!
