Just a note you all. I am here and doing great, just very busy with work. I am still losing but I say that is due to where I work ( a weightloss clinic), most of my patients look up to me. so I can not give up. I am still carrying all my loose skin. but I am looking into surgery. Check in with me I would love to hear from you all

Doing ok weighed myself today and I am 233 so I am hoping it is muscle because I have been so good this week and I didn't even drink a glass of vodka in the last 2 weeks. Plus I made it to my boxing class 2 times this week. I even watched my carbs
