Doing Better
After my confession to myself this past weekend. I have tried different techniques to get my weight back to normal.
First I tried drinking more protein shakes-it can't hurt but I found they do not fill me up.
Second, I replaced and limited my snacks. I now have a sf protein bar instead of cream of wheat or whatever I want to grab. I am also limiting how many pistachios I scarf down.
Third, this is the biggie-I am not eating after 7:30 at night. I always eat my dinner early (before 6:00pm) but then would graze all evening right up til bedtime.
I am feeling better and I have already dropped 2 of my 4 excess pounds.
