Arms before and after!
For me it really wasn't bad. I didn't take any vicodin after day 2. Just Tylenol. I was driving by the fifth day and went back to work after 10 days. My surgeon said that when it's only tissue being removed its not as painful. I just had to watch how I moved for the first 3 weeks. My surgeon doesn't believe in going too tight. He says that's why people get wide scars and have more pain. And at my age (53) I don't need the arms of a 20 year old. I just wanted them to not keep shaking five minutes after I stopped moving my arms.
Everyone is different though.
Take Care,

Wow looks so good on you,, I am chicken to do the arms, I had shoulder surgery and that hurt so bad so i decided then and there no way I was gonna touch my arms again LOL I am just gonna work out my arms to death and hopefully buff them out, I saw my trainer arms before and after pics she also lost 100 lbs and she is just now working on me to build my arms. Her bat wings went away and she is obessive about her arms so heck I am gonna follow her regiman I just could not work on my arms much tell now due to the shoulder surgery I had a year ago, Now I am back to disciplined work out,Should is 95% back to normal I have thigh plasty in mind for 2010 but meanwhile I am gonna try and work them out more and see if I can do anything with targeted exercise, I think I am addicted to plastics LOL and I don't care what people think (perk being 50 you don't care what people think ) I worked so hard to lose this weight to not look like skin on a stick.
I am still hoping someday to be able to get some PS done. I really wish I could get my tummy and boobs done but in this economy it just ain't gonna happen.
Enjoy wearing sleaveless tops this summer!
