Well hopped on the scale this morning at it reads 165..I am stoked and happy with it (considering earlier in the week before the fill I had consumed a box full of cookies , I am back on liquid diet after a fill so the swelling goes down after a fill. Will be on mushies today and gradually go back to regular low cal diet.I have to wait a few more days tell my belly button stops ozzing to get back to pool work out.

I had a so-so week.  Ate more carbs than I should have.  So need to get back to the protein.

I am so pumped today!****
I got on the scale today and LOST 2.4 pounds! Yep! I am so happy. I did my Med/Germ test this week and it showed I should try to stay between 1360 calories and 1760 just to maintain. That means, if I up my exercise and increase my protein, I should keep loosing.
In the course of my consultation with the NUT, I discovered I am not getting all of my Protein. Big NO-NO! This week I started on my wii-fit and upped my protein. I actually feel better than I have in a long time. BTW...The 2 pound loss was me fully dressed with my boots on. I never weigh with my clothes on but this morning I forgot to weigh until I was already dressed!

You can google it if you like. MedGem or BodyGem. It will explain it better than I can.
You can not eat or drink (excep****er) for 12 hours before and you sit in a quiet room and breath into a machine for 5 to 7 min. It calculates how many calories you need to maintain your weight on the low and high side. It gives you the RMR or also known as resting metabolic rate. RMR accounts for up to 75 percent of our daily metabolic need. It is proven to be very accurate and will run you between $60.00 and $125.00 which usally includes a consult with the NUTT. It helped me to understand exactly how many claories I need to maintain my weight and also how many I need to still loose. My RMR was 1360 which is LOW and No surprise.
For me, it was worth it to know exactly how many calories I need. Like I said.......look it up on the internet. It will explain it in detail.
Glad you are getting better and healing!
huggs,
Rhonda
