Sunday Weigh In
Good morning from freezing Chicago. I'm hoping to shiver off some pouns this winter. Good news....I spoke with Inky! She is alive and well and just needs a bit of a break. I'm sure she will be back when she is ready. My weight holds steady, with fluctuations of 1 or 2 pounds. My prayers are with Lisa as she goes for her tummy tuck tomorrow.

Happy Sunday A-Team!
Its finally not raining here! My weight is still lingering around 177 - 178 lbs. I suffer from the "Winter Blues" so I need to stay busy this time of year! It is just so depressing to look outside and see EVERYTHING dead! Oh Well....that is when I should count my blessings! My weight is holding steady. I am trying to get back on a strict schedule of what I put into my mouth! I am not so mindful anymore of how much liquid I drink each day and how much protein I get and also how many calories I eat. The only thing I watch is the sugar......Bad-Bad-Bad! Gotta do better! Lots of overtime at work this time of year and I just need to stop and take care of Rhonda first!

Good morning Shar & A-Team!!
Well I can't complain about the weather here. CA is nice & warm in the high 70's. Still shorts & T-shirt weather. BUT I CAN complain about the housing situation! We sold our house and now can't get in the house we want! Eeekkk,, I'm gonna be a homeless bag lady!!!
Weight is STILL the same. 182. I just can't seem to get into the 170's. That's ok though. Better than going back up again.
Good to hear Inky is ok. I also wonder about Allie and how she is doing now. Anyone hear from her?
Good luck Lisa on the TT tomorrow. I'm so happy for you and so dang jealous!!

Still 221 ugg I am so frusterated!!! I know I should be glad and happy I have lost this much ....But when you have a tummy tuck done 2 months ago and is told it was almost 30 pounds and the scale says the same weight it said when you went in to surgery you become pretty jaded.
I feel better I look better but the weight it still here and it is very hard for me. I am really going to try to watch what I eat and now I can start exercising with abs so I am actually thinking of trying running. Now that the skin is gone I can run with out it hitting my thighs. ok sorry I am *****ingn today !!

Goodmorning everyone..........or should I say good afternoon??
Well, I am down again this week.
Last week I was 127.5 and today I am 127
I am struggling not to lose anymore. I never thought I would ever say those words. 127 is my all time lowest since wls.
I feel ok, it's just that my blood sugars are wackey. I am not diabetic, but I have hypoglycemia really bad.
Lisa, I am so happy for you! I will be sending prayers your way tomorrow. Please let us know how you are doing??

Hang in there A Team. All excitment now for Lisa and her TT. I am SOOOOOOOOOO jealous!
Weight was a bit down this week. I got to my lowest of 152 but today I am at 154.
Best news is I went shopping for a suit. I tried on some 6 Talls. Seemed a bit big so I tried the size 4's AND THEY FIT!! WOWZA! Wow moments keep happening. Still in a size 10 on top so the shoulders would fit but need it taken in on the sides.
I got all my paperwork in for the promotion. If you get a chance, send good vibes my way. I have worked for the same company for 20 years and this is the FIRST opening for a promotion.

Well this has been such a hectic week getting ready for surgery I feel like I am nesting lol, I have so much to do I have no time to be nervious lol.Will hit me when I arrive but I am kinda little jittery this afternoon as I am running around cleaning up house decorating the house /tree with lights.
Well I about fainted but I am 183 this morning I have no idea why I lose weight like all at once and nothing for weeks . I was hoping to be 180 but I will take 183 over 187 last week.
Good thing I am not a contestant of biggest loser I would have fallen below yellow line each week. I know when I am cold I lose and I have been shivering all week long. So Shar I am firm believer u can shiver pounds off.
I am so happy to know Inky is alive and kicking how did u find her Shar ? Tell her to come back when she is ready we will be here with open arms. I talked with crystal and she is happy I mean real happy and has new man in her life so it keeps her away from the computer and food hehe, She has lost alot more weight.
Thanks everyone for prayers for my tummy tuck tommrrow I will report at 7:30 and surgery is scheduled (second one of the day) at 9:30 I will try and post asap and can't wait to share my pics of my new tummy tuck, I cannot believe my tummy will be gone tommorrow. Hubby keeps rubbing it like he is gonna miss it LOL I on the other hand am not gonna miss it at all.
Off to clean my house as woman at the church found out about surgery and now want to bring meals in so means I got to clean the house so they won't scream looking at my messy house. House keeper is comming in on tuesday Ugh lol, I needed her monday 
but she had other houses to do. Holiday decorating always makes a house messy, I love you a team.. I will be back.. with less of me LOL I will take pics!!!!
Dee hang in there u no doubt are swollen u had alot taken off. I will be like u screaming with the weight gain no doubt. I had a bad dream I came home being 200 after the tummy tuck So glad I dropped some lbs this week. I was 189 2 weeks ago ugh..

I go for my first Plastics consultation on Friday the 12th. I am very nervous and I don't even know for sure that I want it. Money is very tight (isn't it always these days?) and I worry about the pain and the scars. I mean I am 53 years old and I"m really not naked in front of anyone. I really do hate my arms the most and I would like to be able to wear short/sleeveless shirts. I will just wait and see what kind of vibe I get from the surgeon.
