Cruise question
Leave it all home protien etc u r on vacation relax enjoy and have fun, Worry about weight issues later. So nice to get away from weight loss issues Sometimes we all need a vacation from wls enjoy and come back all refreshed and ready to dig in again to wls . Just remember weight gain is not gonna take a vacation so just relax and worry about your diet when u get back. Trust me your scale will be waiting lol, Leave the scale home

I have never been on a cruise but I hope to someday. I'm sure you'll have the time of your life. I wouldn't worry too much about the food because I'm sure there will be plenty of protein choices... such as chicken, seafoods, fish, etc.... And the fruits & veggies will be in an abundance. I say relax an enjoy yourself. Eat healthy 90% of the time and go ahead and have a few indulgences. You will look smashing in your swimsuit!!! Have fun!!!!
