Hitting the gym and the diet challange

Well I am back at the gym as often as I can, Have set up  3 hour session with my personal trainer this week  and yesterday hit the gym 2 hours and today will be 2 hours again. Saw my surgeon yesterday for the tummy tuck and they forgot to tell him I was approved for surgery lol He was so excited for me, He was so funny. He opened the door to his nurse and said how come u did not tell me she was approved ?. Don't u think I should be informed and they said she is in Dec schedule he said really? He really made me feel so good he said Lisa u have done a amazing job with weight loss and said u may not see it but u r just all excess skin and u r gonna be so tiny and u will have a huge dramatic change comming up but he told me work out hard and lose as much as u can  before surgery so I am gonna work so hard,, NOW IT IS CRUNCH TIME..
So happy Dee and Amanda is gonna join me in the challange. We can do it girls!!!!!!!!!! WE WILL LOOK SO HOT FOR THE HOLIDAYS .. AND RING IN THE NEW YEAR

Congrats on your upcoming surgery.  I'm in with you on this too.  I'm going on a cruise Dec 4 and want to lose some of the pounds i have found lately.

I threw on the brakes yesterday with regard to my terrible eating habits lately.  I had mostly protein shakes. But did have two small meals just to satisfy the chew monster that still haunts me sometimes.  you know who i'm talking about.  that little varmint in the back of your mind that says chew on something even though you aren't hungry.

Glad to see you on board..!!!!  I will be checking  every couple in a couple of days on everyone to see how we all are doing.. I feel like Rockey .. Getting ready for the fight LOL

I hate the chew monster .. but I must admit when it gets so bad I do the chew and spit method. May gross out people around me but the cats love the prospects of left overs LOL

Back to the basics and hit hard for few weeks then I can relax

I can only do cardio so I am going to really start walking more. I still am on a ifting restriction still nothing over 20 pounds. really tired today will write more later
