November challange

Attention  to all stallers and those who r lerking. I have a challged for those who want to join me in losing 5 lbs by dec 6 on sunday weight in and  or work out 5 hours a week .. I figure I need to drop 5 lbs by xmas and sunday weight in has been the gold standard for our A team  but Maybe a challange to get us motivated to rev up the motor and do this for the  holidays after all we want to show off our new figures for the holidays I would hate to show up at relatives and stating I have not lost in awhile and I am sure they are thinking here comes the weight gain cycle for her. Do not let this happen to you,
I hope to see post how everyone is doing to exercise or rev up the weight loss any one in it? or am i gonna do this alone LOL


LOSING INCHES IS ANOTHER IDEA if you are at goal   OFF TO THE GYM WITH MOTRIN IN HAND

I am in! I hope to get this drain out tomarrow! I ripped it today and it hurts like hell! My appointment is at 1:30 I need to start moving and I want to start crunches I would like to have a nice belly when I am healed!!!

Yep finally the drains are out!! It was a long time! My sirgeon says I am still very swollen with alot of fluid but the drain just wasn't doing it's job anymore. I am drinking cranberry and water so I can hopefully flu**** out!. I am now wearing my girdle and my binder. I see I difference when I wear the binder. The girdle just was not putting enough compression.
Today I start writting down everything I stick in my mouth.

PERSONALLY I thought it was a given u were in Shar LOL Welcome aboard so what are you gonna be speciffically working on exercising or diet tune up? or both???

Lisa,
I am tuning up the dieting part..been consciously adding more protein to my intake. At this point, I am not expecting to lose 5 pounds in a month. It would be great, but realistically, I don't think it's gonna happen. I am also going to try to get to the gym more. My life is so busy, but I will find the time to exercise more.even if that means talking the dog for 3 mile walks.

I'm in!  I've gained the last month and it's scared the ^%&^%$#&Q*  out of me!!!!   I don't want to go back to living for food and being unhealthy. 

Count me in!
