this week 127.5
down 2.5 lbs this week.
Grand total weight lost: 148.5lbs.

Hello!
I lost some weight! I am 223 today down 4 pounds since last time. If I keep this up I will hit my goal when I have my tummy tuck done next month. Well lots of things are goin gon in my home my mother just lost her job and so things are really stressed out here. I am going tno see about getting my tummy tuck pushed up so while she is off she can help me with the kids and stuff like that. I am so excited and nervous at the same time!

Hello everyone,

I haven't posted in awhile.  Sorry, work is really busy and I have been dealing with a little depression.  I know...excuses, excuses.  Well anyway my weight this moring was 155.8. Thats a weight loss of almost 145lbs.  It's funny (sort of), I've lost all of this weight and I am healthier than I have been in many years.  But, it doesn't fix all of the other things wrong in my life.  I didn't think that it would but, people in my life think that since I lost all of this weight my life should be perfect now!  These are the same people who never let me forget that it was "the easy way out and I'll probably will just gain it back anyway".  Gaining the weight back in not an option!!.

Well thanks for letting me vent!

Hi All - Sorry I haven't checked in. I have no idea what I weigh but I just bought 2 more pairs of size 8 jeans tonight!!! (couldn't stand the ones I had saggin' off my butt anymore) I don't report to the scale anymore :-) 

Edited to add: I forgot I had a ticker until I posted. I realized it made my post look a little silly. Not sure if its right, I haven't updated it since July, but last time I weighed I had been stable at 185 for a few weeks.

Haven't been here forever, but am still maintaining at 133-135 which is about 6-7 lbs below goal.  It's been 9 months since I hit that and haven't been above 135.  Not exercising as much as before, in fact not at all, and have let some bad habits back into my life, like diet pop and candies, but don't dump and don't gain weight.  So have to watch carefully, still get full quite quickly and can't eat alot. sot I'm sure that has something to do with it.  Sorry for not being here very much glad to see that everyone is doing well

Oh what a busy weekend but a fun one too... hanging out with friends. I'm so proud of myself because we had two nights out with friends and on both nights we were surrounded by FOOD.... lots, and lots of food. But I stuck to the healthy choices like fruits, veggies and chicken & shrimp and stayed away from the desserts and carbs. I actually lost a pound over the weekend.

I haven't excersized since I started this weight loss journey. I had always wanted  to but with my blown out knee I just haven't been able to do it. I just bought some free weights and I want to start toning my arms a bit and strengthening my muscles. I'm really happy with my weight and how I look in clothes but I have noticed I'm not as strong as I use to be... I think I may have lost a little muscle strength along the way. So that is my new goal... strengthen and tighten everything up. Anyone know of any good websites that show you how to work with free weights to tone & strengthen?

I am just so amazed how awesome Our A team has been .. Some may come and  go but it is always good to see a old face from the past and the ones that have been here threw the thick and thin progress..

We all our vitial part to our weight loss program.. Some are at goal and below goal .. No matter where u r at is the fact we all came together APRIL 07  To take back our life that got away from us..
