Being discouraged with no weight loss

I was rereading many people's post and most are stalled or even worse gaining and I want to tell u guys stick with it remember i went months and months w/o losing despite exercising and eating perfectly. I have no clue why now I am losing the weight as I am not working out in gym 3 hours a day in fact I am not working out and I just try to eat small normal meals now 3 oz and I try and eat regular food not the low calorie low carb high protien stuff it was not working for me. i THINK MY BODY was starving for real food and it is just dropping off, I read somewhere that switching to whole milk makes people lose weight  faster and u know what this what i did and 30 lbs fell off me . I use butter eat bread bites of bread cook the egg in butter and the weight is dropping off I have no clue why but it works.
My diet is 2 oz of oatmeal with 2 strips of bacon in am
snack is tablespoon of peanut butter
milk 8 0z of whole milk
lunch soup like tortilla soup 3 oz or tomato  cream soup with milk
crackers 6 with butter on them thinly buttered

smack milk whole milk
grapes or water melon

Dinner is what ever my family eats just keep it under 3 to 4 oz i eat carbs for dinner rice potates fish or chicken I rarely have red meat

Juice for bed cranberry I swear kicks my kidneys to work better AS i PEE LIKE RACE HORSE IN AM
dessert skinny cow choc fudge

I went off this kind of eating when i got home from ucla and i stalled becasue  I went back to low cal stuff and as soon as I went back to what I was eating at ucla I am dropping. again  Funny thing how I got to eating crackers was it was warding off nausea and I like butter on it MADE IT SLIDE DOWN BETTER so I just limit my self to 1 teasspoon of butter I was almost not eating any fat and my lab worked was proving that.My doc told me I need more fat in my diet so I ADDED FAT ALRIGHT AND THE WEIGHT IS DROPPING OFF.
My doc told me to add more fat to my diet  she said u need that to lose weight and she was right. My water is sips all day long maybe 30 oz .I never graze NEVER

My calories are about 1200 a day 63 grams of protien
so where am i going with this is u may want to play with your diet and see if it changes your loss. I was fighting adding fat to my diet and calories and I guess i do need it to lose weight. Goes agaist what i was told but I GUESS i found something that is working but I will change it around again if I hit a stall again.. Listen to your body it will tell u what it wants and if it wants a peanut butter cookie eat a cookie but just do not eat the whole batch..

Lisa that sounds like a good diet plan. I try to stick within those ranges as well... around 1200 calories and 60-70 grams of protein a day. Sometimes that means eating something with a little fat or calories in it. I think you can sometimes get too carried away if you eat low or no fat things... we need a little (healthy) fat in our diets. And I no longer eat the bad carbs(white flour) except for the day I ate a dozen peanut butter cookies...lol.  I still eat carbs, but they are the good kind like whole grain breads.  I'm glad you noticed what was going on with your body and was able to tweak it so you could begin losing weight again. Thanks for the insight and keep up the good work!
