Attention Ohio residents....

To those of you who had weight loss surgery at St. Vincent Charity Hospital here in Ohio a year ago.... did you get your 1 year anniversary graduation invitation? And if so... will anyone be attending. I'd love to share a table with you. If you didn't get an invitation and would like more info let me know and I'll pass it along.
