I will start this out and hopefully Shar is sleeping in after a wild night of partying ;)
As for me, am starting work late today, ugh!
Weight wise, holding firm at 188 since July 10th, so one month stall so far, but strangely enough, I am okay with it. Just time to work on better habits every day and stay focused. The weight will come off once again when it's ready, I learned that last time to just stick to the program.

I just go back and forth but glad I am back down in the 170's. it has been a few weeks since I saw the 170's. I am still not exercising like I should. I start pilates this week. Twice a week. Hope it turns out to be beneficial to me.

Well, I thought I posted earlier, but I dont think I submitted it.......LOL
I have been trying to maintain my weight, but somehow it just keeps coming off. I am currently 22 lbs below my goal weight. I am going to have to start buying extra small scrubs because my smalls are too big...........who would have ever thought huh????

My stall has finally broken. I have lost 2 pounds this week. I am .5 pound from my original goal of 160 pounds. Now I am wondering if I want to get to doctor's goal of 130. Seems a little too small.I went shopping last week and I had to get size 8/10. I don't remember ever wearing that size.
Thats 164 pounds lost and learning to live again.
