Tired and Starving
I can't help with the hunger problem other than maybe you want to check your calorie intake and see if you are eating enough and maybe get some things to snack on that will help fill you up. I eat a ton of raw carrots and little things like that because I am a compulsive snacker. I would recommend going in and getting your iron levels checked. I know I am anemic and when my iron levels are low I am completely run down and want to sleep all the time regardless of how much sleep I had the night before. I was talking to a friend the other day and she said the farther away from her surgery date she gets it seems the lower her iron is. She went to the doctor and her Iron levels were at 6 and normal is around 14 I believe. It's and easy test and might be a good thing to check.
I've been going through the same thing. I am unable to sleep well. I go to bed about 10:30 and am up between 4 & 5 not matter what. I find myself not getting full now when I eat ~ I'm eating almost 3/4 of a cup of food at a time and that's a lot for me as about 6 weeks ago I could barely get in 2/3 of a cup. I just looked and my B-12 is 2500mcg but not complex. I have some at work as well that is 500mcg that I usually take around 3pm.
I'm also very depressed for which I take prozac and effexor...but it doesn't seem to be enough???
I'm struggling to maintain and would even like to lose another 5 pounds (this would be against dr. recommendation thoug).
