I am running late for work too. Sorry I havent been on here lately. I got another promotion at work. I went from shift supervisor to Unit Manager and boy is it keeping me busy! I have worked my butt off this week.
I have been eating right and getting my exercise in. Got the pool up and been doing some swimming.
Here are my stats for this week:
Highest: 276
DOS: 263
June 1st ( my last weigh in ) 131.5
Today: 130
That is 1.5 lbs down in 22 days
I have lost a total of 146 lbs
20 lbs below my goal weight.

I lost another pound!!
I am now at 236 I guess adding my protien drinks back and stop drinking is just what I needed! I really want ot get to 220 before tt or lower would be super exciting!!! Ahh I just know I will get to my goalaround christmas what a gift!

Good Morning Everyone,
Well after a very long dry spell, I stepped on the scale and it showed a 2lb loss. So I stepped on it again just to make sure, and there it was again. It has been a couple of months since I have lost anything, so I was pretty excited to see this. Not sure how it happened since I really haven't changed anything, but I am not going to question it either!! I hope everyone has had a good week and has an even better one coming up.

That makes for a total loss of 184lbs!!

Hope work went well for ya!
I had a rough week 100+ temps and because we live near the ocean, no one here puts a/c in their houses - we just don't get these temps around here, so it was brutal for me working all week. I hardly ate and drank so much water, but stayed the same weight-wise. Should've eaten more, I think, just too hot to do so!

It seems like the weeks start to blur together. I think I lost a pound from what I posted last week. I know I had been working towards a new goal of 160lbs-which I achieved!! I wanted a little buffer against the rebound we hear about. It's hot and smokey still around here.

Okay I said I was back and I mean it. So I stepped on the scale this morning. Granted the scale I used was my mom's and I dont think it was all that accurate but what the hell I got on it. I hate stepping onto the scale. Everytime I do it I just know the numbers are going to go way up. I havent fell inlove with weighing myself all the time. I suppose that's good and bad.
So here's what the scale revealed: 173 pounds! thats decent. Thats less then 25 pounds from my goal of 150. I really need to weigh 130 to be at a healthy weight I think, but at 150 I will try and stop complaining. So I guess in a way I suffer from the 40 pound syndrome Lisa was talking about .
