Good morning and Happy FAther's Day to all. I am holding steady, and for that I am thankful. I always think where I was a year ago and that brings it all into prospective. I hope we see a lot more of the Ateam this week. I miss so many of our members. Remember,we are in this together..forever!!! I have to go to work now and will check in later tonight. DOS 345 Today 199 146 pounds gone forever And how was your week? Shar

Hi Shar and all the A-Teamers!! I had a rough week, my shoulder is not getting any better, still doing PT 3x a week and saw my PCP on Tuesday. Had an MRI on Thursday (not fun, I am claustrophobic, but they gave me valium and let hubby stay in there with me) and hope to have a true diagnosis of how bad this tear is by early next week so we can proceed to the next step. The pain is unbearable by night time and sleeping is a luxury. enough whining though - i have to get to work too! highest 322 dos 309 last week 194 this week 193 ( down 1 pound and 43 to go) I dunno how I did it except sticking to the plan day by day. Everyone have a great week! Inky

Good job, Inky...you give me hope, I sure don't want to be stalled at 199 forever. I think the WeightGod is keeping me at 199 because I was so excited to get here!! Have a good week, and remember...keep a seat open for Lisa cause she'll be moving in soon Shar

Happy Fathers day I weighed my self today and I am at 237 for the first time I usually hop from 238 to 242 usually sticking around at 240. I gave up vodka and pineapple juice I am sticking to mostly protein. I took the kids to the zoo the first time in almost 2 years. We got to see dinosaurs which is a new exhibit and they move and make noises along with a 3d simulator it was awesome I fit with the seat belts and it was 91 and we walked and sat in the sun for the sea lion show and even ate outside in the sun. I was OK not miserable even with sweat falling down my leg... It was awesome being able to walk and play all day. Today is the big challenge I am taking the kids to the YMCA for the first time to go swimming at the outdoor pool. I have only gone swimming in my back yard but we still haven't gotten that ready yet this year (one of those easy set but it need major cleaning and it has rained so much here) So I will post later how I do/feel swimming in public. OK highest 364 Dos 349 today 237

I didn't swim but I was sitting there in my swimsuit that was a size 18 it was snug and it flattened my boobs but hey I couldn't put it on last year. I didn't swim becauseI have this gross 2nd or 3rd degree burn on my leg from a motercycle muffler. It was ozzy and I wasn't sure if it was infected so I didn't go in. I went to the Dr today and it is not infected but it is atleast a 2nd degree burn and it is runing my favorite tattoo.

Highest: 347 Today: 165 I saw my PCP for the first time since my surgery on Thursday and she was shocked. She knew I was having the surgery but had not seen me. She was so happy for me.
