Good morning ATeamers Well, I had a tiny loss this week, but I'll take anything I can get. This is going to be a hard 2 weeks for me emotionally. My 14 year old daughter is going to Israel on Tuesday for 2 weeks. It is her 8th grade graduation trip. i am a nervous wreck. Please, pray for peace in the Middle East and that she and her classmates have a safe trip. Thank you. OK, here are my stats: DOS 345 Last week 202 Today 201.5 -1/2 pound but still a loss 143.5 pounds of fat gone forever And how was your week? Shar

WOW great for your daughter I have chills just thinking about it! I will pray for her till she is back safe with you! WOW my 8th grade field trip was to a dinner theater she is going to israel nice school!!! I lost a pound so I am in good spirits and I am now walking the park will try 2time starting monday!! dee highest 364 today 239 my goal is 195 and 20 pounds of that iwill be tummy tuck so I have 24 pounds to go till december fiingers and toes crossed!! dee

Good Morning Everyone, I didn't think I was going to have anything to report this week. Nothing has moved for a couple of weeks. But this morning when I got on the scale, I was done 3 lbs. I haven't had that kinda of loss in months. I think it must be the heat that we are having here. I have been drinking alot more fluids trying to keep from getting dehydrated. But whatever the reason, I will take it. Highest: 347 DOS: 323 Last Week: 168 Today: 165 Total loss: 182

What a great opportunity for your daughter to see an amazing part of the world, and I will keep her safety in my thoughts. As for me, rinse and repeat, holding firm at 199 again today. Tomorrow is my one-year surgeon follow-up, I hope he's not disappointed in me. Inky

Oh Wow Shar.. What a scarry yet exciting week in your family. I will keep u and your daughter in my prayers I have been having such sucky weeks I am thinking I AM NEVER GONNA GET BELOW 200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today 206 up 1 pound and Aunt flow showed up early.. Went in for tons of lab works to look at my thyroid and they are ruling out a few things and reason why I am not losing.If they is a reason.. But today I feel good have energy and tuesday I have a fill and mentally holding strong.
