Hi there
I am kinda at a stall well I have been 240 for weeks but one week it is 240.2 and one week 240.6 so I go up and down in ounces? I am going to add more cardio by walking the park in my town every time you go around it is 1 mile and a 1/4 so if I walk around 2 times in the morning and 2 at night that will be 5 mile aday of course I will start out with one or 2 times and work my way up. still using my total trainer .
Yes Happy Be-lated Mothers day to all. Well I think I am not going to lose any more....body is fighting everything....but you know what I am happy...and no more diabectic medication and pain....I will take it....

I had to best Mothers Day! I went to a Rodeo in the morning and then home for BBQ with family. The best part was my son who was recently deployed to Afghanistan was able to borrow a satellite phone and called me. They are a day ahead, so him getting the time change right as well as making it possible when he is in a very remote-rough area meant the world to me.
Now is a time when I have to figure out the rest of my life. How to live it. How to deal with it. All those things are a major part of my focus right now. I know it will take time while I learn what I want.
I have decided to go for 160 now. I have maintained and gotten comfortable with 164. I would like a small buffer against the rebound I heard can happen.
