MIA and 1 year Surgerversary

Hi gang, I know I have been MIA but a lot has gone on in the last 2-3 months and I just did not have the energy to come online. Well my dad died unexpectedly at 61 years old and it has really been an adjusting period. Anywho Well, I hit my year on the 23rd and I feel great. My weight loss has slowed but I look good! I will update my pics on tonight and put in a post to let you guys know they are up. I have missed everyone and the support. Roz

Welcome back, Roz. My sympathies on the loss of your father. My dad unexpectedly at age 64, so I know what you're going through - it is a huge adjustment.
