One Year Surgiversary
Well my one year isn't until 4/27 but I will be on vacation with my DH in the Smokey Mountains on that day. But anyway I have lost 134lbs and feel pretty good. Still having some pain with dense proteins. And I really have to fight to not fill up on carbs and junk. It is really hard not to fill up on that stuff, because it goes down sooooo easy.

Congradulations.. 134 is something to be proud of.. I know what u mean with protiens. I do eat alot of beans.. I am almost a vegitarian now.. not by choice LOL I love STEAK!!! just does not love me LOL
Share my favorite pot of beans recipe here
2 LBS of clean pinto beans rinse to clear water then add:
4 strips of bacon
4 cloves of garlic
salt to taste
Add water when it starts to boil down
Boil beans on high for 10 mins let cool A HOUR with cover or u can soak beans over night helps with gas (change water when u cook then and then add incredients if done over night)
Then Cook on med high for 3 hour or tell REAL tender
Mash when fully cooked
GARNISH with 2% CHEESE and a DALOP OF of nf SOUR CREAM If you like
