I am so depressed

I THINK I am having a breck down.. ugh .. hubby left for alaska this am and the kids r just awful. Hitting the choc kisses I actually went out and got them . I stuck the rest of them in freezer Was planning to go out with a friend tonight and that fell threw and now I have no plans. I am just so frustated right now.. I am such a huge emotional eater .. OK I needed to vent. I miss the adult interaction.. kids hate it when dad goes and they do this every darn time .. he is going for a week not forever good grief Arm kills me!!!! If I could cry I would I do not feel like going to gym or watch tv read a book .. just want to eat DONE VENTING Sorry for straining your eyes lisa

Vent away!! We have ALL been there.. and if we havn't.. we will be sooner or later! My hubby goes away 4 or 5 times a year for 2-5 weeks. It is hard on the kids and I too. I try to stay out of the house.. and keep myself busy. I re-arrange the furniture.. work in the yard.. organize the closet....rent a x-box game or some girly movies... Eating at night is the hardest thing for me to avoid.. I try to just drink water or eat a few cups of airpopped popcorn with brewers yeast on it. That spray butter works great on popcorn by the way. Last time my hubby left I rented the entire season of Law and Order and had a marathon. LOL And the kids got sponge bob season 3 and 4 ;) Be nice to yourself.. your not alone.. and hubby will be back before you know it. ps. I would bake a pan of brownies.. include said hershy kisses.. and give away to the neighbor or friend. Maybe you can get some adult conversation out of it. -Shakeira

Ty it helps.. venting I just hate it when he goes away .. Hubby and I have this real love hate realtionship LOL We are childhood sweet hearts and he is more like a best friend then a hubby LOL His work takes him to the ends of the earths litterally ok polar caps LOL I married a rocket SCIENTIST if that tells u anything Trust me u should hear the jokes .. HE IS GONE ALOT and the kids just act up.Some days I wonder what I was thinking having 7 kids.. ? then I feel guilty thinking that way considering I lost my twin daughters at birth.. like i don't have permission to be feel this way then I just eat. I ended up tossing the kisses to the kids and they all just went for them LOL BUT THE BROWNIES were a good idea but to late I ALREADY FED THE WILD ANIMALS THE KISSES LOL Ty for caring Lisa
