OMG

Hi all I've not been checking in... sort of in a mode of trying to be normal, i guess. I also started dating a man 11 years younger than me... it was hot and wonderful and a total party roll. I was so in love with him. then he broke up with me no reason given and that same week he was pledging undying love and having me rearrange and redecorate his house so i'd feel more comfortable there Thank God I can't just eat it all away anymore, cause this would be a big time binge for me... feeling really stupid for letting myself fall so hard and hurt so bad. I always thought that this type of thing would get easier with age... it sure doesn't. I swear it hurts worse than it ever did. So here i am, looking at your posts and being so grateful that you all share all your accomplishments and wow moments here... i don't know what i'd do without this resource and your open words of wisdom. Sorry you have had such a hard time. It just proves that the surgery needs to be about yourself-it won't solve life's problems but it can make you healthier and more active. Hang in there and hopefully things will look up. I am a big believer in that things happen for a reason. You will probably meet someone much nicer in the near future that can appreciate you. best of luck..

Ohh Karen I am so sorry that you got hurt but you know what I am so proud of you for sticking it out and not bing eatting like you call it. I too understand the heart aches and how men can play with us. No I don't think it ever gets easier to have your heart ripped out but you know what you have US and just know we are here for you...... Take care and you are worth so much more than that guy......
