Hello Everyone, I too have not been losing. But can tell that I have lost inches. I had my one year post op appt last Thursday. My HDL is at 63 which he said was excellent and my blood pressure was 118/68. He said I am doing really good, was impressed with my progress. So I was very happy about that. Like Sharra, I was out yesterday doing work outside. Cleaned out the garage and am going to move my exercise equipment out there so I can keep it set up at all times. No excuses now!! I still have 18lbs to reach my goal. But the ways things are moving it could take me another year to lose it. But I am looking into having plastic surgery. That should definelty take some of that off, if not most of it. Highest: 347 DOS: 323 Last Week: 168 Today: 168 I have lost a total of 179lbs and holding steady

Hi A-Team! I upped my exercise this week and payed close attention to what I was eating and darn if I did't gain! I can see a difference in my inches! Like MAJOR difference in the last 2 weeks! My clothes are loose again and I need to go to VS and get new bras! I am in a 12 in pants and occasionally 10's....C'mone single digits! My shirts are large and Xl (because my boobs are so big!). DOS 289 L/W 180 Today 183 Total loss 106 Hope everyone has a great week as we all celebrate our surgiversary this month. Tomorrow is my real birthday (49) and we are doing the family dinner thing! We are eating healthier this year than ever before...Thank God for this surgery! Not only have I changed my eating lifestyle, my whole family has joined in (in-laws included). Shar,I have only lost about 9 lbs since Jan. I can relate to how you feel! Just keep on doing what you are doing......We will see goal!!! Huggs, Rhonda

I'm sooooo glad Im not the only one that has stalled for 2 months!!! I see my doc on the 30th of this month and I'm hoping he will be ok with my stall. (probably not.. but oh well) But I do need to say this... I started recording my food intake again these last 2 weeks on dailyplate and really concentrating on protein. I added 2 shakes a day on top of my normal meals... and I have lost 5 lbs in the last two weeks! I didn't report it last week because I wanted to make sure it was real! I lost 3 lbs last week and 2 this week. I bought a bathing suit.. size 16 ! thanks for listening! -Shakeira hw 335 sw 312 cw 205

Hi Shar ~ I hope the scale gets moving down for you this week!!! I had another loss this week ~ against Dr. orders but I'm adding the calories and protein. This body just wants to keep lossing I guess. My mind says YEAH!!! I love to see the scale go down. HW 286 = BMI of 49.9 DOS 261 Curr 121.8 = BMI of 20.7

U r slowly disappering Stephaine.. They do say 1% go below goal.. luck has it I was not the 1% I am just great efficent food storager LOL and if we truely had a fammine I would make it LOL Lisa
