1 year pics

Well, I am about 10 days late, but here are my 1 year pics. I am down 145lbs and 10 clothes sizes !!! Somedays I have to pinch myself just to make sure it is really me Cindy

I am so proud of you.. U have done amazing job.. we have been on this incrediable journey for a year now and we are just beautiful butterflies coming out of our cocoon.. for the longest time I was thinking I was just a moth and to be honest SOME MOTHS R BEAUTIFUL .. all how we think .. I know hard to think that was us a year ago when we see our pics of the past.. u r so beautuful inside and out . Lisa

Thank you all so much. I wouldnt have been able to do it without each and everyone of you. Im so lucky to have a great support team I have noticed that some members have kind of fell by the wayside?? Where the heck is DD???

Well Cindy you look awesome and I agree some A-team members have disappeared but I am trying to think positive. Maybe they are doing well. I hope so, but I know that I need this group. My husband wants to get rid of our internet service and I will not let him because I need to know that at anytime I can come here and talk about any troubles. Well Cindy you have inspired me to continue to keep going and try to get the rest of the weight off. THANK YOU AND THANK YOU EVERYONE HERE.
