new pic on profile

Ok not sure why I cannot change my avatar pic but a new pic is uploaded to my profile I do not see much change from the last pic in sept

Once you have gone into user settings and updated you sometimes have to wait a bit. I also have had to go into my internet options and deleted all the temp folders and cookies before it would show up on mine.
