OK well for a long time I was stuck and could not move from 190 and so this is great I am down to 186 now and the days seem to getting better with my new job. Just a quick check in. I am still here everyone.

No weight loss to report, but I promised myself I wouldn't hide and avoid posting, so here I am! The good news is that I have so much energy now-I'm thinking my iron levels must be improving. I can't believe how much I've been getting done lately!
